The director Kevin Smith, an ex-employee of the Quick Stop convenience store, filmed 'Clerks' in the store after hours. A purveyor of now classic razor sharp dialogue, Smith was given the Independent Spirit Award at the 2005 Empire Magazine Awards.

My mistake! and They must be all sold out. They had stock when I checked this morning.
I watched it again 6 years later and the dialogue is fantastic and hilarious. I would recommend watching Chasing Amy too. Great film.
