It's in stock again! I know this was posted about a month ago, but it was expired.
I will expect this to crash an burn because it doesn't have 4Gb of ram and a Tb hdd and it isn't cutting edge, but it IS cheap if your laptop breaks down and you need something urgently. It can then be passed on to your green eyed kid!

have to vote cold on this as you can get this:

http://www.bargaincrazy.com/epages/BargainCrazy.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/BargainCrazy/Products/F040149T/SubProducts/F040149T01S

For £99 less 15% discount (i.e. £85) and whilst it only has a 2GB SSD and doesn't run CE (which is a bonus or not depending on your preference), it does come with a case, 1gb USB stick and other sundries.

In think that the £45 difference makes it a much better prospect, sorry!

.. this £99 version has a faster processor (400MHz vs 266MHz). Where did you find the £15 discount? :)

Where is the discount ?

Sorry but voting this one cold. These are not very good but might be worth a look if they were sub £100

Avoid unless you know what you're letting yourself in for, these things tend to lack even the very essentials like flash support making even something as basic as web browsing much harder. You're far better off finding an eee 700/701 around this price or spending a little more on an Acer Aspire One.

windows CE is outdated, you'd be better off with the linux version.

If your PC goes pop and you need something urgently, do not waste £130 on this pile of junk. It's the equivalent of buying a candle when your oven breaks down. Spend a bit more and get a proper netbook.

WindowsCE is designed for barcode scanners and cheap sat-navs, and even then you do not have access to Windows itself, it just runs in the background. Not even mobile phones use it any more as it isn't powerful enough!

Spend an extra £25 odd and get an Acer Aspire One instead...

Or spend £10 less and get a recon one from dabs here:

http://www.dabs.com/products/acer-refurb-a0a110-ab-atom-n270-512-8gb-ssd-linux-blue-5HW5.html

And there's a £10 discount voucher floating around for this too! and you get a bunch of stuff like a case, AVG license and something else.
