Maggi do boxes of coconut milk powder which is so much more economical if you just need a small amount.

We use half tins and freeze the other half, get it out of the freezer a good few hours before tho.

We use the Maggi powder too and am certain it works out cheaper than even this bargain price (although did get my box from a Chinese supermarket do much cheaper than Tescos were asking!) and can also be used to make coconut cream if you ever need that for a recipe.
But, if you want the tins this is an excellent price!!

Excellent price. Last lot we got was from Approved Foods I think at 2 for £1

Have a block of creamed coconut but never sure if it is the same thing!

Will be stocking up if local Aldi has it - last time I am sure they were doing it for about 89p a tin

Whenever I've opened a tin of coconut milk before, its always been strangely like the inside of a coconut, as I always forget to give it a good ol' shake before opening the ****.

But given the average speed and technique of your Aldi check out operative, I needn't worry. X)

Hey - this is brilliant.

Last time this was on offer in Aldi it was 79p.

Allegedly it is now 49p - with absolutely NO eveidence of this price.

LOL - show us the companies website link or your receipt!....

You can't as it is another made up deal...

LOL

Absolutely no evidence that this has ever been this price or anyone has picked it up for 49p.

Never been available on their website, receipts etc.

BS

whats the coconut content? there a bit of a con lots of the cheaper coconut milks they range from 40% to 85% the latter is the the highest percentage I've been able to find, Personal experience has been that you never get higher content cheap ;(

@hollymia, chill the fluff out. Why would the OP make this up, the way your going on you'd think this post was some kind of crime against humanity. It's a post for a tin of coconut milk not a list of local paedos in your area!

Don't need any. Got tons here. Fanx
