Instead of telling us what we can and can not eat,why doesn`t the Human Race controll it`s own breeding then they might be enough cod in the sea for us all to eat .
Lovely Cod at Half price, heat added.

The Eu have had 40 years and they have not been able to agree anything useful of fish stocks. TBH i don't really care either way I will just have what tastes nice at a good price.
Limit the number of days they can fish and the size of their nets and bring back what they catch.

Throwing dead fish back is wrong.

Why the cold though?

Why the cold though?

HUKD site is trolled by veggies /animals rights member etc,so most meat / fish deals get a lot of unfair cold votes even if there fantastic deals, but you should find they will slowly get warmer and heat will be added.

Good price for cod fillet and Morrisons fishmongers are the best of all the supermarkets.

It would be interesting if this deal is as a result of Hugh's Fish Fight.

Regardless of sustainability the demand for cod, and the cod quota system, are not compatible. So if we did buy more pollack, coley, pouting etc, it would by better for fisherman and the fish supply chain as well as take the pressure off the over fished stocks.

It's a very dull fact that over 50% of the fish we eat in this country is either cod, salmon or tuna. With so many other species offering tasty alternatives it has to be worth a try.

I am going to buy some of this cod while it's on offer, but next week I will pick one of the less common fish and give that a try. For inspiration have a look here.

Seems like rather poor timing by Morrisons, they could join the campaign and have offers on the less popular fish rather than timing this offer to try to get people to stick with cod who may have been tempted to try something else.

Yes and I know everyone likes cod, but thats because most people arent adventurous enough to try much else.

Not that this offer is listed on their website??
