  only looks good in the kitchen until it gets covered in coffee stains - somebody go me one of these and it is now relegated to the back of a cupboard ;) where things go to die - it was a pig to clean (or rather try to clean.

  Whilst these are handwash only, they are good bits of kit for anyone serious about their coffee, we've had one in our family since the 1960's & it's pretty much a ritual that whenever we're over it gets used as we appreciate a decent brew.
  
  As I haven't got one myself at the moment i'll be giving this brand a go... don't knock it till you've tried it this way.
  & could cold voters explain why it's a bad deal?.

  I've never even seen one of these before. What does the coffee sit in, some sort of filter? Is it just like a bialetti only negative pressure instead of positive?
  And it makes good coffee? How long does it take? What powers it?
