Somerfield/Co-Op have 10pk x 330ml (fridgepack) of Coke/Diet Coke on offer at £3.99 or 2 for £5.50, not a bad price at 27.5p per can.

Some stores (EDIT: SEEMS TO BE THE OLD SOMERFIELD STORES THAT HAVE STOCK) also have packs that have 50% extra free so you can get two 15 can packs for £5.50, which is only 18.3p per can (see photo in post below). Even better than the Sainsbury's deal from last month!

In the store I spotted them it was only the regular Coke that had the 15 cans, the Diet Coke was just the standard 10pk.

Thanks to sunkissed for the additional info:
The deal expires 23 March and though the 10pks are available nationwide, it'll just be your luck whether or not your local store has any of the 50% extra free packs in stock.

Not sure about coke zone points, as there is no mention on the packaging, I just assumed they were in all the bigger multipacks.

hmmm, think it usually makes note of coke zone on the box, but judging by your pic there is no mention. Still hot though
#5
Great - must stock up! Heat added.
#6
Outstanding - will have to stock up on my way home tonight :-D
Doesn't look like they'll have the cokezone points on, but still a great deal.

I was in a somerfield earlier and they don't have any +50% packs, just the regular 10 can fridge packs (which have 10 coke zone points on).
#8
Will have alook in coop later x
#9
Will be stocking up on these if our local Co-op has the 50% free packs. Not bothered about Coke Zone.

There was a Co-op deal on here before Xmas for After Eights and our local branch must have been the only one that didn't have the 50% free boxes.

Standard 330mls.
Just in case like me you are a Pepsi fan the offer on 6 packs of all varieties for £1.25 started today as well.
Didnt want to start a new thread so just thought I'd let you know.
#13
this deal started today and will be on for 3 weeks. not all shops have the 50% extra free packs but if you can get hold of them then its a bargain.
#14
That's a brilliant deal will being going down there sometime on the weekend so will have a look. Thanks

I think with a deal like this, they're hardly going to be any packs hanging about for you till the weekend. One thing I've learnt... get in early! also another rule I abide by... those who snooze Lose!

This deal is the stone cold nuts. I paid £5 for 24 cans of Pepsi a while ago. Will be trying my local, thanks!
#17
None in any of the 2 co-ops i went to, gutted.
#18
Edited original post with expiry date and additional info, thanks.

I'm disappointed too as I went in to pick up a couple of the Coke Zero 6pks that were in the BOGOF offer that this has replaced. I don't like Coke/Diet Coke.... typical of my luck!

Great price for cans of coke - cheers

Coke zone dont seem to have anything worth having anymore?
i.e they had an ACER for 600 pts now all you get is dvd's?
Helloooooo coke zone where's all the goodies gone

Cracking deal though heat added
#22
No such offer at my Co-op? They had the 10 x packs for £3.99, no offer :-(
Has anyone bought them from the Co-op, or just Somerfield?
#23
Nobody seems to be able to find this deal ??
#24
THE DEAL IS ON THE FRIDGE PACK IE 10 CAN PACKS

SO IT IS 20 CANS FOR £5.50, just been to Co-Op now. It even says on the label in the pic

Warm / Hot deal still for most people, I still bought. But the OP and title needs to be edited, and the picture as some staff have just put it in the wrong place in your store

EDIT: Oops. I realise the deal now, but it is not nationwide. Fridge packs are nationwide, but not that 15 pack. A 15 pack isnt really a fridge pack anyway! sorry for adding to the OP, was just doing what I thought was right

The deal doesn't exist everywhere thats why. Its on fridge packs only (10x packs). Some lucky people might get the 30 deal
#26
I understood the 50% extra free. But my co-op had the 10 pack but no deal sign, just marked as £3.99 - unless they haven't put the deal sign up then? who knows
#27
got mine today 2x15 for 5.50 springburn somerfield. sisterinlaw .got 2 same shop. plenty of 10 packs .must be limiting the 15 packs to a couple at a time
#28
I work for Somerfield for my sins.
The 15 packs AFAIK were from the last time these went on offer (15 for the price of ten).
If stores still have these they will count towards the offer which is any 2 fridgepacks (10 or if you are lucky 15 cans) for £5.50
Its only if they moved slow in your particular store that the 15s will still be hanging around.
#29
I notice my local Somerfield have just one 50% free/15 pack left and the rest are the 10 packs. So you reckon if I get that one 15pk and a 10pk, I will get them both for £5.50 which is 22p per can?

I might as well pick that up then. Better than nothing. Cheers OP.

Yes any 2 fridgepacks will activate the deal.

Great Deal ! Stocking up tomorrow!
#32
Lidl also doing 2 litre bottles of Pepsi for 85p or thereabouts; this works out at the equivalent of 14p a can if you don't mind a big bottle (I keep mine out the fridge and add ice)

Funnily enough I checked two local Co-Ops while out shopping yesterday (they are less than a mile apart) one had the 2 for £5.50 offer the other didn't. The one that didn't had the fridgepack for £3.95 and not £3.99. Neither had the fridgepacks with 50% extra.

It looks like the 50% extra packs are only in former Somerfield stores as martyboy70 has explained. I've seen them in two different stores, someone else has bought them from another so that's three stores, though all in Glasgow so far.

I work in the East Kilbride(just outside Glasgow) store which will still be a Somerfield until June.
It may be only current or former SFs that have the 15s and it does seem to be fairly Glasgowcentric.
#35
Strange, you wouldn't expect Glasgow to be an area that wouldn't have sold out of the stock of the 50% extra free packs! Extra sugary stuff free, what more could we want ;-)
#36
Cheers! Bought this morning in the Hawick store. 30 cans for £5.50! Bargain. H&R added.

Good price for Coke I suppose.. but still expensive compared to deals you can get on Pepsi

You can often get 8 cans of Pepsi for 99p or £1... making it only 12.5p per can (or 40 cans for £5) in comparison

I never see that price often on pepsi. Don't think i ever have. Where can you get it for that price?
#39
Hot deal but doesn't the 50% extra free, stop the fridge pack from fitting in your fridge?

99p Store does them regularly. Sometimes it's only 6 cans but most of the time it's 8 as they often do a 6+2 free pack.

They sometimes do the same with 7up and Tango too in Orange and Apple flavours
