Down from £39.99 (£22 saving)

After roughing it on sleeping matts at Hop Farm I decided enough was enough and I needed an airbed for Sonisphere Festival in a couple of weeks. Last night I purchased a standard double airbed from sports direct at the same price. As I was searching all over the web, this popped up when I went over to Amazon today!

I've not tried and tested of course, but I'd say it's a pretty good deal. It's a little heavier mind, but it takes the effort out of getting your mouth round a hole and blowing! Ha! PLUS it has an MP3 player plug, awesome.

Details below, plus don't forget that nectar are doing double points for every £1 spent on Amazon.

MP3 plug-in with adjustable speaker
Airtight system: Patented Double Lock valve locks in air two ways
Built-in 4D pump (inflates and deflates)
Carry bag and repair kit included
PVC thickness: 0.4 mm (bottom) and 0.6 mm (flocked on top)
Dimensions: 188 x 137 x 21 cm
Weight: 5.15kg

Manufacturer's Description
Lie back, relax and let the waves of your favourite tune wash over you, this extra-large 2 person airbed provides comfort and convenience thanks to an integrated pump.

Good reduction, thanks Haushinka :)

whats a 4d pump, does it need plugged into car or a wall. or what i want it to be and just be a battery powered one.
#3
Just had a browse around the net, and it looks like the pump works of 4 x D Batteries, whatever those are? I'd assume they are already in the pump as the pump is inside the mattress? I hope so anyhow, because I don't have a car or a wall socket near me in a field!
#4
google says d batterys are the big round ones, about £3 for 4 in tesco. im tempted but im off on friday camping so need by then.
#5
i think the 4d relates to the size of the batteries and the amount of them you need for the pump to work.
#6
More reviews here too, looks like it inflates itself. So no need to bring anything else!

I saw this yesterday and it was still £21. I was thinking the same but then went for a bog standard one from sports direct. You can buy a double without the pump on amazon for £11.99, I'll have a dig round for the link.
If you haven't used prime before, you can sign up for a month trial and you would get next day delivery for tomorrow.

D batteries are the big round ones, bigger than AAA, AA and C.

PP9 are rectangle ones.

Great find, perfect for festival and takes the D batteries, it is quite funny how long it took people to figure out what that is, it's because we dont have boom boxes anymore, it's all built in rechargable.

Not sure what the pump is like on this particular one, but the one from argos (the seperate battery powered one) is not very good. To get it to a comfy state, you still have to add more air manually because it just doesn't seem to blow up enough.

Amazed too but then I`ve not used anything but AA and AAA batteries for donkeys years!!

Great deal, HOT. In the shop where I work, we sell the comfort double for £29.99, this regular one, but with MP3 and built in pump must retail in shops at about £30 to £35 at the best prices.

Coleman are a great company, they may even offer a 2 year warranty with this, they do with some of their products anyway.
#20
I need a new bed and they are so bloody expensive! I might just get one of these. :-D
#21
I bought the Aerobed Evergreen off Ebay for £23 yesterday (one day deal), it came with a free pump aswell. That will do me just fine. This is a good price though.

Saw that yesterday, was really tempted until I saw I had to purchase a discount card for £4 first to get that price first, and with delivery on top, it just didn't seem worth it for something that looks like it'll pop :p

I know this comes with a built in pump but is the pump battery operated only or can it be used via the mains?
#26
double check the size before ordering
#27
Ive got one of these mattresses, in Queen size and its pretty good.
Not a good fesitval mattress though, as the pump make the whole thing quite heavy.
#28
is it just me, or is a mattress with MP3 capability completely random?!!
#29
Its now up to £19.49 today
