RIP Colin McRae....

Fantastic game on the Xbox 360, just started playing it with the feedback wheel, really hard but fun.

Quoted from C&VG article though "come at a cost. You need a monster of a machine to run the game how it's supposed to be played. Devoid of DirectX10 features, you'll at least be spared from having to endure Vista in order to play, but recommended specs include an Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM and a 768MB graphics card. That's a pretty hefty set-up. Even on our über games machine, we experienced the odd bit of slow down, and lesser systems will be hard-pressed to keep up the pace."

Hot price, for PC gamers that do have the rigs to play it, however may be better getting it on the 360 or PS3 if not! Whichever format its a great game. Voted hot with cautionary advice for PC owners. There are some great wheels out there for PC owners that do have the specs and would look great pumped through a large lcd if you have that sorta disposable income! There again, how many of you would need to bother looking for these bargains lol.
Good deal but the handling of the car is way too arcadey (in the style of V-Rally) for me compared to previous Colin McRae games.

Have you tried it with a steering wheel rather than a controller?
Make sure you've got a relatively modern processor or you can forget this. But great price and a great looking game.
RIP Colin Mcrae
