I knew I should have popped in when earlier!

Any chance you could upload a copy of the receipt to Image Shack?
they due for a revamp to a currys megastore? if so wait for the reopening deals
ignore me, just noticed it was comet, off for a beer

Re-posted picture for convenience.

Ex-display model so likely to be store specific.

its just ex display?? not actually brand new. so its technically 2nd hand.

And ex display products dont usually come with 12 month warranty

Yep should be a full 12 month warranty with the store.
yep, was full 12 months warranty. know it's not a deal as such, but it was for me. while i was there, someone bought the imac 21 inch for £380, and the HP touchsmart for £280.
Cracking spot. It may be store specific, but I will be asking in my local Comet if they are changing their stock soon.
cool deal, I hate my comet.

And I wouldnt be fussed if didnt give full 12 months warranty. Anything were to happen to unit just claim on house insurance cause 9 times out of 10 you end up getting something of a higher spec. 2 damaged laptops in just over 2 years and both replacement were worth considerable amount more.

This is a complete bargain, was pestering my OH in PCworld other day for iMac and she wont budge cause of price
thanks for all the help editing my post, you guys are great!
