This seems like a great deal for me, especially for fans of the series who may of missed a couple, as these games are usually in the budget section of shops for around £5 each.

Next cheapest price is £15

And softuk are with quidco too.

I think you can only get free delivery if going through quidco?

thanks, I missed that for some silly reason, I have edited it now.

Awesome price.

The C&C series is perhaps my favourite RTS series ever - just be lenient when judging Tiberian Sun and Renegade. Even though they aren't the two best C&C games ever, they are more than playable, and the rest of the pack is simply superb.

The single player campaigns are more than enough to keep you busy for weeks. And then there is the virtually infinite amount of replaybility when you take multiplayer into account.

Nice price , Voted hawt!

Cracking price!!! This is a must purchase for all RTS fans. Great to have all the C&C games on one DVD. Installing the update patch is essential though!!

Will this work with XP and Vista? I've looked on the site but there's no mention of the hardware and software requirements. Can someone help? Thanks

Brilliant price - I was chuffed enough when I bought it on release for 17.99! I since seem to have misplaced my copy! :(

Great price, so I've voted hot - though I personally wouldn't buy from softuk (for reasons I've posted elsewhere).

It would seem it does run on Vista with a few tweaks, although don't hold me accountable as I'm not able to try it! lol

Don't think you can save during skirmish. The original doesn't even have skirmish. Think from Red Alert onwards they do but no save function. The games should only last about an hour max anyway.
#27
Fantastic delivery from this website, would certainly consider using again
#28
Has anyone ever completed one of the levels in covert operations? I haven't played them for about 10 years but I remember they were the most impossible things I ever played.
#29
next day delivery for free, soft uk and shopto are my new favourites, play.com takes a week sometimes

I can confirm that this DOES work on Vista

Get the games working on Windows Vista:
Firstly take ownership of the TFD main folder too. To do this right click on "Command & Conquer The First Decade" folder > Properties > Security > Advanced > Owner > Edit > Select your username > Tick Replace Owner box > Apply.
C&C1 (or TD/C&C95/C&C Gold): See VK's patch above, and Scorpio's DLL file for LAN play

For TS/FS, RA2/Yuri's, Renegade & Generals/Zero Hour:
Navigate to the folder where TFD is installed and find the specific games folder.
Do the following for all .exe's (applications) in the folder:
Goto Compatibility Tab, uncheck "run this program in compatibility mode for"
and also check the box that says run as admin.

I followed this and i can play them
