The only problem with HMV is they oversell all the time and say item is deleted and cancel the game order which is really bad for business so very unreliable. They also send unsealed or used copies most of the time when we clearly bought NEW. This year alone I have had 3 unsealed, 2 scratched and 2 sealed games from them. Just my bad luck that the 5 dodgy ones were presents and the 2 sealed ones were for my son! I took the 5 bad ones to cex over the last few months and got less than what I paid for them except for one of them where I made a staggering £2.

I tell you what. I myself have had unsealed game experiences with Coolshop and Mymemory.

It really pi**ed me off!:x

Perharps there is a way to take these bas***ds to court without compromising paying the bills at home?

Some smart guy here at the forums should just open one of those solicitor companies that deal with accidents at work and start doing them over for absolute disgraceful customer service!

Yes. Why don't they just HONESTLY state that they are unsealed or used and price them accordingly? This way the consumer knows exactly what they are buying and obviously accepting the fact before purchasing. Too many fraudsters out there and most of them are big companies. And when people email them to complain 9 out of 10 don't even bother replying. What a disgrace! I don't know much about auction sites so I could be wrong but a friend told me that if you sold something on there as new but was open you would receive bad feedbacks like hell.

Anyone comment on how the game is on a console? I've played these C&C games on PC before and they really come over as mouse games, not suited to a pad - just interested in people's experiences??

Cheers
