it's annoying the PS3 version don't seem to come down in price e.g. to around £10, I know it's the UE & released later than other platforms but still...

Good price but as with everything EA makes it has been half arsed to be generic to cover the majority of users (ie not make them have to get another accessory to play) and they are not bothered to add keyboard and mouse support but rather the usual clunky game pad option. Shame really. Would of happily gotten it new if they did. Not voted but if you want to play this game properly and at a decent pace then it has to be had on the PC.

No keyboard or mouse support?

All the review sites ive seen have said it doesnt have keyboard/mouse support.

Can anyone confirm?

Online Play?....PC is best for these sort of games i think?Better for controls

Anyone know what sort of extras are in the "ultimate edition". So far it just seems like they have the soundtrack and a couple of videos as "extras".

I had this game since release and you'll be surprised how well the system works using a PS3 controller (you will have a different control layout as compared to the PC version). I played the PC version too. Personally, I enjoyed both the versions and both have different gameplay to offer. Afterall, you'll be playing against PS3 owners too  It does take some time to get used to the controls, but once you get the hang of it, sit back and enjoy the HD experience.

Yes, they added soundtracks and a couple of videos (the making etc.) into the package. You can have a go at the demo before deciding. I think £17.99 is a bargain for an RTS game (not many for the PS3).

Cheers

Err unless your playing it on a netbook then it would be HD on most laptops. Even my old one did 720p, so its a pretty moot point.
