Typically the 10 inchers are more practical as not only is the screen bigger but using a HDD means they have much more storage, the keyboards tend to be better and if it has a 6 cell battery then battery life will be much better.

But because the screen is bigger means the laptop will be bigger in size :( .

Can't get everything LOL

EDIT: I've just seen the mouse buttons and that would annoy me

Hot. For those asking about the slightly more expensive nc10 it is generally used as the yard stick to compare other netbooks to. However most are basically the same at the end of the day. Another thing to remember is that while you may be getting the Janurary deals now they will drop again very soon as CES2010 is around the corner. So the next range of cheap netbooks will be out very shortly and therefore places will be looking to get shot of older models. So might be worth waiting for and getting a bit more oomph.

That said at 199 it is hard to resist.

If this is the 6 cell battery version, fab price. However............ if it is the 3 cell version, meaning half the battery life, which I suspect it is, Ive just picked the same up for £179 at Carphone Warehouse. Nationwide "intro offer" as posted earlier in the week on this site...sorry Im a newbie and dont yet know how to highlight previous postings. Would advise to check battery cells on offer on Tesco model, if 3 then battery life limited to same as Carphones cheaper, same model and you can keep that £20 in your pocket.
