Just been into my local Poundworld Everything £1 store and picked up Compeed Cold Sore Patch 15 Patches for £1. A bargain I think as normally I would pay between £4 & £5.

The same condom from the age of 13 until you were 19 and 364 days old? Unlucky mate.

Just a tip for anyone plagued with cold sores. I used to suffer regular cold sores and all the sarcastic questions like "have you been on the ??ff". One day a complete stranger saw my cold sore and asked if I eat oranges. I love oranges and used to eat them regularly. He suggested stopping oranges and I did so with difficulty, the cold sores vanished until one day I ate a tiny slice, cold sore within 2 hours. Nowadays I never touch anything with orange, including juice peel etc. No problem with lemons or grapefruit, so there was something in orange that triggered the cold sore. This might help someone else.
I used to get a few cold sores every year but about 3 years ago I bought this device that zaps out infra red light which cost about £30 from Boots but worked a treat for me. Since I've used it I think I've only had 2 coldsores. Def recommend one of those bad boys.
