can we please ban BluRay posts on here? I have yet to meet someone who has a BluRay drive and I am out most weekends. Also any DVDs of dull hollywood movies at 2.99 . I mean, surely I won't get rich this way!!!!!

no offence meant to OP who I realise they have a right to do what they like

I read that despite the economic climate that it is expected that 5.3 million blu-ray players will be sold worlwide in 2009. Therefore, based on the law of average, there must be a few hotukdeals members who have/will own one soon!

Rep added Dan,

Oh i forgot to add i have a blu ray player aswell, thats 2 now and it isnt even the weekend!!

Mind you I wouldnt buy a blu ray player either if I still had a black and white tv, so i guess his load from the top vcr still works fine.

I've got a blu-ray/HD DVD combi drive for my PC, connect it up with the TV using HDMI. So deals like this are useful.

I don't understand what point you were making by saying that you're out on most weekends? :S

But I I think the Constantine HD DVD was only £2.99 at HMV, don't know if they still have it.

i disagree with the 1st post after OP, i just got a Blu-Ray player and want MORE MORE MORE on the Blu-Ray deals please.

I have a blu-ray player too and the PQ from it on a decent plasma is night and day from a normal dvd player (sic). But's it's not just a blu-ray player (panna bd 35) it plays everything you throw at it.

Does no-one know what the hell makes a hot deal ? Wither the only person on the planet has a blu-ray player is the OP then it still doesn't take away from the FACT that this is a cheap price for this film, therefore a hot deal. Jesus.
