Description:
Based on the DC Comics/Vertigo "Hellblazer" graphic novels written by Kevin Brodbin and Frank Cappello, "Constantine" tells the story of John Constantine (Keanu Reeves), a man who has literally been to hell and back. When he teams up with skeptical policewoman Angela Dodson (Rachel Weisz) to solve the mysterious suicide of her twin sister, their investigation takes them through the world of demons and angels that exists just beneath the landscape of contemporary Los Angeles. Caught in a catastrophic series of otherworldly events, the two become inextricably involved and seek to find their own peace at whatever cost.

It's good forum etiquette for the cold voters to please pop a note in here as to why...

If it is then I can really do without yet another running battle between the HD & Blu-Rayers up & down the thread...sorry Emma but if the reason is just based on the format 'war' then the justification for cold voting will be anything but constructive......

Personally I reckon that either format should be pretty good at showing of SFX heavy films like this (unfortunately equally as good at showing up shonky FX's too) so hopefully it's a nice price for the HD'ers as the next price up I could find was £16.95 for the Region 2 version (most Movietyme releases are Region 1's - next price Region 1 was £12.94 on Amazon Marketplace).

Average film regardless of format.
