I bought one of these to be able to get past the Ryanair hand luggage police.
Really nice bit of kit for the money and the extra flight bag ideal for the Wife's bits
Part of their half price sale so be quick although there was a shelf full at the local branch

Collect free from store.

Delivery from £3.95

i cant find a weight...

I can chuck mine on some scales in a minute...

found a label on it which quotes 2.7Kg, this must be both items cos when I put just the case on the scales it came up a tiny bit over 4 pounds. Hope that helps

Not very good quality, the telescopic handle doesn't lock up or down. Very annoying.
the travel bag is A4 size - not to scale with the trolley on the picture.

Not brilliant I grant you but the main reason I bought it is because I am 6' and the expensive one I bought with the lockable handle makes me stoop or keeps lifting and hitting me in the ankles...this one has long handles and is much better to pull

highly likely to make a purchase on this, thanks.

Interesting comments from both of you thanks. I'm 6'2 myself, and have often had the same problem with similar luggage (it really is annoying!). However, the lack of a 'lock' for the telescopic handle would also be rather annoying too.

I'm going away in March so I'm on the lookout for something similar. Sadly, this deal was posted a little later than I'd have liked as I've just had my 2 days off from work, and I won't be having anymore until at least Tuesday / Wednesday so I hope the offer stays on until then so I can go instore and take a proper look at it.

If you see anymore, do post them - it would be most appreciated, and you'll be given some rep.

They have a couple of others in there if you get a chance to look. the lack of a lock was a concern for me but I did spend a few minutes wandering up and down and decided that the fact that the handle did slide a bit when stopping it was still better than having it keep lifting and cracking my ankles as others have done

Note that Flybe hand luggage dimensions seem to be smaller than Easyjet and Ryanair, as could've been caught out if they'd have checked properly.

Flybe were also ridiculed on BBC Watchdog for having 2 different sizes of luggage measurement frames, one size at the check-in desk and a smaller one at the gate, just to trap passengers into a £30 baggage charge! Charming

Cheers for the info, just to update anyone thinking of buying one, the dimensions shown are........ 45.7cm X 21cm X 32cm Ryanair specifies 55cm x 40cm x 20cm
