Bought this last time. Great size, keeps my drinks hot for hours. I've been caught out by the manual lid closure a couple of times though, having had the Contigo West Loop Autoseal cups before!

Great price and heat added.

I'm looking to buy a Contigo travel mug and patiently waiting for them to come down a bit.

This one is apparently good and keeps coffee/tea hot for 4-5 hours. However, I'm not going to buy it because:
1. It's too big, almost a flask rather than a mug.
2. It doesn't fit in a standard car cup holder.
3. Not Autoseal, although some people frid Autoseal harder to clean.

Thanks for sharing though - heat added as it's a good price for what it is.

I have 3 of these. Yes they are big and dont fit cup holders etc.
BUT they keep tea or coffee hot I mean boiling hot for 6/8 hours. Adding ice to the cup keeps water cold for 20 hours.
Last one was £12.64 and the 2 before were £12.98 each.
I would wait for the price to drop again if I were you.

I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks and need it now :). At this price I had to go for it

It's a stainless steel vacuum flask. It will be more tough but won't perform as well as a glass one. Like all flasks, the larger the capacity, the better it will be at keeping its contents to temperature.

For me, morning coffee to be consumed within 1-2 hours and directly from the container = Bodum travel mug (similar price), anything longer (long on-call shifts, walking trips) = good ol' Thermos Thermocafe 0.5L for £6 (near-boiling for easily 6-8 hours).

Do you have a link for the Thermos Thermocafe for £6 please?

No, that's just what I paid last year. Looks like it's £8 on Amazon currently.

I got one a few years ago - it was reduced at the time, for about £14, I'm still using today and it still works as well as it did when I first purchased it. Would recommend to everyone - and this is a good price for a Contigo mug.

IF you can find it cheaper then you're very fortunate but I wouldn't feel silly paying this price.
