  yes if you have a racing style bike. Not if you have a mountain bike. they tend to be 26" or even 29".

  I always use Continental tubes on both my bikes, one road bike (700 size tube) and a mountain bike (26 size) as mentioned above by Alinshearah (he must be a Toon fan .... isn't everybody ?)
