Not sure why you cant see the same prices, give them a ring tomorrow see what they can come up with, not sure they will match web prices though.

Just checked and there are 3 flights on the 12th going at £212.40, so you can pick a time that suits you best.

Look at the prices compared to other carriers

seems really good price, however jumps up tp over £550 if you are taking infant under 2 even if you carry them on your lap

that is dreadful :)
I felt it was good because the good deals are the ones starting late august - not giving time for kids to get back to schoold- this one does - gets back on the Friday, giving parent a weekend to get children ready

I agree with the last post...just flew with continental to Newark a week ago..they use 757 planes which are tiny...like I'm 5-9 and I was pinned into the seat...the service is woeful only surpassed by AA and United and US airways...I fly there allot an have used them all...avoid the rude American carriers...they really get off on having an attitude problem...get this two years ago I was sitting beside a group of Buddhist monks on their way back from a conference in upstate NY...cant remember exactly the detail but they managed to get into a stand up row with the monks...can you imagine...... these guys were seriously timid and practice restraint as a virtue!....It was to do with the food...as usual they got it wrong gave him meat or something and when he explained he got the usual snotty inconvenienced response....but he wasn't having it as the was a religious thing....really quite funny.......also I like newark airport but it costs to get into the city...and in my opinion the so called skytrain is a joke you need to cahnage at least two times to get into manhattan...then when you get to penn..its so pokey on the escalators its really hard to manuvre..also the americans will just buff past you ...then if you get a cab back out there an automatic 15 dollar charge by law ...just in case the cabby doesn't get a fare back to ny...so your looking at $70 inc tip out and about 80-85inc tip back to Newark….but once you get to ny its great..:p

Can't say it's ever cost me much different to taxi it from JFK or Newark to be honest. Think I prefer Newark though.

Wholeheartedly agree about Continental staff. Awful. I'd say out of all the times I've flown, you might get one member of cabin crew that treats you decently. The rest look at you like sh1t.

Flew with Zoom to NYC a few months back as got a good deal and they were pretty good. Quite a young crew but polite on the whole.
this service has been running from manchester to Newark (NY) for many years.

iv had two flights with continental on this route both of them were faultless.

Not that cheap. I got BA for £249. BA gives you AVOD, FREE alcoholics drinks and the staff haven't all been sent to rude school! You can get Kuwait airways for £199 at the moment.
Voted cold.
sorry - just deleted the post as it says:

when i tried it on this flight.

it seemed to work on the flight i put in for myself in may but then my mate ended up paying for the tickets - i'd best go check what he paid in the end.

not a glitch. multi discount expires on 31 December.
Where does the taxi pick u up from?
lol, sorry, that includes tax, not the taxi...
Was looking for mid novemeber but the cheap rate is only available for the last week of november.
What dates are you looking for?

The rates are not available every week. I only found the £160 rate in 3 different weeks in Nov and Dec ( although i only searched Thurs to Mon).

A quick search on Continental.com shows the rate is available In Jan 10- 14. Using another website the rate is still shows as available for most of Jan and Feb and some of March. Book early as the rate probably wont last long. Stay include a Saturday night.

Let us know if you find anything.
I can't seem to get the flights at the price...am i missing something? :(
