I quite like the look of it myself.
Just ordered, looks good and great reviews - 4.5 out of 5 on 40 reviews
i bought this about a month ago...i dont think it takes ages to boil...infact i think the filtering is a faster flow then my previous kenwood filter kettle.
its not stainless steel or silver but to compensate its alot lighter to pour and it illuminates a funky blue colour when its boiling. and best of all the filter last for ages and cheap while you can at this price and i havent found another optima filter kettle much less then £25..
also you can open a hatch on the top of kettle to fill with the tap but i would suggest you just open the lid instead as i returned one due to the catch snapping off...other then that im more then pleased especially at this price,
still had them instore today
30 day filters

thankyou to op heat added, have order one, last one in my area.
have a optima filter kettle already, but as hellofreebies said hard to find one less then £25
cheers, just got one, a bargain, works fine, boils as fast as our old kettle, but is about half as big again as the one it replaced (non-filter).

Your loss I'm afraid, this is the best kettle we've had, do not be put off by the price or it's looks, it works great and the filters last longer than other brands.
does anyone know where to buy one of these kettles, argos is out of stock everywhere - don't want to pay too much for it though
