Bought mine yesterday and looks a sturdy piece of kit unlike some of the cookworks range.
If you don't want to use expensive ciabatta bread / panini bread, you can use the to bake large baguettes you can buy in most supermarkets and they come out a treat!

actually a very versatile bit of equipment; and very sturdy.

Mine's permanently on the worktop and used to do the usual toasted sandwiches etc - but also very good when open as it's a good flat surface for eggs etc.

After previous experience I wouldn't touch cookworks with a barge pole... but if people who have bought it think its good quality its a good price.
