I disagree. cooking in the right oil at a high temperature would be ok for a person who has a balanced diet.
cooking things like frozen chips that contain oil aready is bad for you.

Might be a daft question but is this simply 2 baskets going into the same oil basin or is it 2 separate basins so you can cook at different temperatures simultaneously?

The key is a balanced diet, if it is balanced, then the amount of fried food is low and the cooking method has little effect. Somehow, I can't imagine the majority of people using this for the occasional deep fried calamari, chips anyone? :whistling:

I would love one of these ... but the missis hates the smell , and only lets me use a fryer if I use an extension lead and put it in the garden...:? no joke.

...probably because both are subsidiaries of the Home Retail Group.

However, Argos is not increasing their net retail prices to reflect the return to 17.5% VAT rate until the end of January (effectively keeping their prices lower for that duration but still paying HM Revenue & Customs the required increase), but Homebase prices are to be increased (if they have not already); so if buying in-store you may wish to choose an Argos outlet rather than a Homebase store.

BFN,

fp.
