Absolutely brilliant thank you! I wanted to get one for my parents but didn't want to spend a fortune as I have already bought them enough. This looks ideal and the reviews are pretty good too. Got one reserved to pick up tomorrow!!!

It's cheaper than the coffee!

Nice. I've been debating with myself about the tassimo but can't justify the cost of the pods as well as the machine. This solve the problem

Heat added.

you'd pay more for the (pyrex type) jug.

Cheap as chips.:santa:

Word of warning

I got one of these two years ago (now it may have been defective manufacturing process at the time) but every cup of coffee I made (and I tried three different roasts I had) tasted of cheap plastic.

There's cheap and then there's so cheap your beverage is constantly tainted! :x

Just a heads up

I like my coffee steaming hot too, so to combat that I always boil the kettle before I pout it into the water chamber. Works well enough for me. I've had mine for a couple of years now and a similar one for several years previous. It's used most days at least once. Great bargain.

Bought one today, opened it, and the instruction booklet is printed as Tesco model CM1,
from the tesco value range?

I didn't expect that! :w00t:

Also posted at £7.33/£7.99 as a Currys/Argos deal two weeks past...
