No psu, crap quality.. lets face it.

Amazing case, fits the largest graphics cards available and good for low-mid builds. Got it for £59.99 a few days ago for nephews xmas present, gutted missed it at this price but it's a really 'cool' case that teens will love.

could someone be a good soul and use the report button to ask a mod to unexpire? i've already asked once and it wont let me submit a second report.

its actually better quality than this CM, but for the price it is with a 500w CM psu, it cant compare.
still, as a case by itself, the 6788 is pretty much unrivalled in its price range

Just curious a) how noisy are the case/PSU fans? and b) how many drive bays are there in it? Neither info is in the tech spec on the Scan site.

info from coolermaster site for the case, can't find a review for the psu but shouldn't be noisy

The case is very thin and there are fan grates all over the case. from memory, i don't have it in front of me at the moment. It has one side grate on the see through window that fits a fan. 1 large fan inside mounted. 2 fan grates on the top for fans to be fitted and another large one on the back.

With all the spaces for fans it won't make for a particularly quiet case. I'm waiting for the monitor to arrive i've ordered before booting it up, but from what i've seen, good quality case, lots of room for a mid tower with the PSU fitted on the bottom, all black inside, will no doubt be a bit noisy when it's under load because of all the fan grates.

This is a cracking case for the money, granted it's not the most quiet one but airflow is excellent. It's also very light and easy to work with and build quality is excellent for the money.

now £50 on today only page (for the weekend)

OT but that ebuyer case posted is by far the best sub £50 case I have ever seen. Unrivalled in quality, looks and comes with tooless kit and front fan.

Hot for this deal, usually you get very poor quality components when a PSU is included but these are decent quality parts.

the 430 is also availble at scan today only without psu for under £27

Whats up with all these cases and their psus at the bottom?

Better for cooling, and cable management.. You can have cables running along the bottom and not have to strap them to something on the side/top of the case.

Much better design imo.

I went for this case yesterday without the PSU and got it for £24 which I thoought was excellent considering it retails at about £40 usually. I considered the casecom 6788 but went for this because it was cheaper and theres not much in it when it comes to features.
