Which one is better? This LG 50UH635V or the LG 49UH610v from Sainsbury @ £400.00
At the time the best price for the 49uh610v I found was £479 at Tesco, but Sainsbury's seems like a better deal than the 50uh635v

Panasonic TX40DX600B - 40Inch 4K UHD Smart LED TV £418.99 coopelectricalshop

This is a very good price for a 40" led 4K HD tv. I also used the code "cpe30" which brought the price to £388, which makes this the cheapest price that I've seen for this award-winning tv!

what are apps like on Panasonic smart tvs

TBH I bought an amazon fire tv 4k (got £20 off the £64.99 list price but had to register and go through credit check but took no more than 5-10mins from start to completing the purchase) and that's connected to the tv.

CPE30 no longer works, but CPE20 still does. Enter the code before checkout, and then it is applied after you select a delivery method (because the item is under £300 until the £4.99 delivery is added). Total price delivered £284.98 - I can't find this TV cheaper anywhere else at the moment.
code doesn't work, it asks for membership number. do you know how to get around it?

The picture confuses me - I thought a fully integrated dishwasher meant you put it within your kitchen unit then match the door to suit your other units, but the picture looks like it has a proper finished door on it like a non-integrated one. Can anyone else help out with this? I've never bought a dishwasher before but am currently in the market for a fully integrated slimline one to fit within an allocated slot in my units.

its definitely not got a panel on it like the photo, Co-op need to take another picture showing the true grey front without the fake door on it.

I've spent all day cutting down a spare door I had to use, only to find my other doors are far less white than they used to be, and we don't even smoke. it now looks a bit obvious, hey ho.

Also it has a clever little remote screw that pushes down a central plastic screw onto the floor to help level things, which has broken away so now I can't lower the middle (retract the support) which would be ok, but it now can't be removed as the floor tile is in the way!!! when I come to change the floor I'll try and fix that.
Note this is a slimline model. Not full size

fully integrated needs a suitable kitchen door attached. usually you don't have a carcass behind so you may need to remove cupboard carcass and get new door but should work but will be an effort.
fully integrated means all door no display shown, display is on top inside edge of door, semi integrated has a small screen / buttons outside and needs a smaller kitchen door to finish. free standing is just slide in and leave.

I realise I probably sound properly thick but would love some info, never had a dishwasher before nor have I had experience with integrated appliances...
With a 'fully integrated' dishwasher, could I simply adapt my current kitchen, such as taking a cupboard out or is it a more specialised set up?
Thanks in advance :)

I never had a dishwasher, integrated or otherwise, until a few years ago. When re-doing our kitchen I just left a space between two cabinets for the integrated dishwasher (with kitchen counter-top going across both units with dishwasher in between. Integrated dishwashers should come with a template so you can attached a suitable/matching kitchen door to the dishwasher.

Obviously you'll need to figure out how to get water connected to it, but it's much the same as a washing machine. I already had a hose connection going out to an outside tap under the sink so just bought a Y-splitter to allow water to feed to both as required. Hope that helps :)

Not quite convinced yet about heat pump dryers, significant amount of reviews across different brands complaining about clothes still being damp at end of their cycle.I only use my condenser dryer once a week so would take me forever to make up difference in price.

If you use it so little it will last for 10 years plus in theory.

Purchased and had it delivered Yesterday.
Put 5 loads through it now and I find it great.

Got it on cupboard dry plus and that seems to do the job fine.
The sensor did get confused when I threw a thick hand towel in with some washing as expected, but it was dry enough to hand in the bathroom, just not to put straight away.

Uses well under 1Kw an hour as measured too which is nice and slightly warms the spare bedroom, with no condensation on the windows.

Edited By: Defiant93 on Jan 08, 2017 00:09: spelling
Warmer today and the dryer actually worked. Happy with it now. If it's still slightly damp I put it back in for 30 min cycle and it came out warm and dry.
Jeans dry just finished, loads of water in and fluff but still damp ffs. Now putting on timer for 30 minutes. Why does the sensor say it's finished when it's not.

Sensor not working or something. My last hotpoint which breaks every few month at least made the clothes red hot and dry when it finished. That sensor works properly.

Now if I am having to do 2 or 3 cycles to dry the clothes it's no better than a normal cheaper one.

Will be phoning beko if this carries on.

So now cupboard dry leaves it wet, cupboard dry plus leaves it wet and also jeans but jeans got loads of water out but still damp.

The timers are only 30 or 45 minutes so you can't put a 2 hour spin on.

Mine arrived today. The TV is excellent and super thin compared to my previous one!
Haven't got anything in 4k to try and my 40mbps fibre connection isn't enough for Amazon Prime Ultra HD/4k streaming :(

I wanted a 4K TV specifically for Amazon Prime but my internet speed it nothing like that, it's nearer 15mbps so maybe there is no point :(

On the plus side you might have just saved me spending over £500 on something I can't use! I thought it would just buffer first then play, that's a bit silly if you need mega fast internet because it rules out a good chunk of the UK.

This is NOT one of the fake 4K RGBW models. It's an MVA panel, and 8-bit. However, I have noticed my Xbox recognises it as 10-bit and HDR capable, so this is odd. Could be it's using some kind of FRC. I'm very impressed with the picture anyway, and mine literally has ZERO bleed. A bit of DSE but I never really notice that.
Thanks, what is the gaming like on it. Lag? Does it judder on scrolling scenes? Really appreciate the feedback. Thanks Phil

Haven't noticed any, seems solid to me.

Sony are usually the best TVs for gaming. Definitely going for a Sony for my next upgrade. However you need a bigger screen for 4k surely? 49 or higher if you can house it.
The Samsung KS7000 has the best input lag at 21ms with HDR enabled, on a 10 bit panel..

I do not trust Samsung tvs tbh. I have heard reports of motion blur and dead pixels with this model. Sonys are more reliable in my personal experience and from what I have read. I'm looking at the XD9305. Avforums review here

It's 8 bit + FRC, I have the 60" version. When Game Mode is enabled the response times are the best on the market for gaming. As far as I know only the 8000 and 9000 Sammy's are true 10 bit panels.

Nope. KS7000 is true 10 bit.

can someone who knows more about TVs than me (which isn't hard) help me out with some pointers?

Looking to upgrade from my 36" Sony tv which is quite old and 1080i to a better 1080p 40" screen. Mostly use it for PS4 (not pro) and netflix so don't think I need 4k. I figured there'd be loads of big price drops and eBay bargains once everyone got 4Ks for Xmas/Jan sales but I don't really know what set I should be looking for. Don't mind spending a bit more money if there will be a noticeable difference in picture quality, but equally if I'll do almost as well with a refurb £110 set as I will with a £350 new one then I'll save my money. All help appreciated!
Easy2BCheesy
It's a good screen. I use one as a desktop PC monitor and it's excellent.
Don't go in thinking it can do HDR, because it can't.
how do you find it for pc monitor? I was wanting to go for this for the same reason, but thought it might be a bit big for the desk?

If everyone is looking for 100 htz then it will be a lot more expensive.
People want more than they actually need without knowing why!

I can easily tell the difference between a 100hz set and 50/60hz.
dz1
Refresh rate is only 60Hz. Looking for 100Hz minimum.

Good luck finding a TV (especially for this price) with true 100Hz. They're all simulated.

CPE30 code doesn't work :(
Complete joke from Co-Op, ordered this on Tuesday and got a confirmation email with expected delivery today.

As I ordered the colllection and removal i unplugged the old machine and booked a day off for Thursday

Subsequent call yesterday morning to say that they had run out of stock and they could not guarantee delivery until late next week, no apology or anything just an excuse that the online system was outdated and not real time with stock. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and was told that they could not do this, then the lady said there was no assurances that when it came back into stock it would even be the same price.

Top annoy me further i kept receiving emails and texts to say that my machine was on the way including a message at 6pm last night to even give me a specific 1 hour delivery slot for today. Called up Co Op again to check in case there was a mistake and was told again that the machine was out of stock and they couldnt turn off the automated messages.

I ended up cancelling the order last night - absolutely crap service from Co-Op and i wont be using them again.
Arrived this morning but so called installation seemed to try everything they could to not install because they couldn't remove old fill pipe. Customer services on phone just kept saying they couldn't allow the guys to do it, but u refused to sign for it unless it worked and made them wait while I connected it. Driver said you are on your own now. Won't buy from co-op again...

This offer is still working. Thanks very much OP, our Bosch machine has just gone caput - it's only three years old too. This offer is great especially with the free 5 year Samsung warranty.
well i recently bought a new house (new to me) with a miele 864 washer installed so thought great. rinse light flashes all the time and machine doesnt work, so it appears to be a standard problem which could be a few things but all of them expensive to sort out. i decided to buy the samsung with new warranty instead. shame to scrap a good but flawed quality machine.
and the inverter motor on the samsung has a 10 year parts warranty....

Is the LG OLED TV's any good for gaming? It's between this and the Samsung KS7000, mostly use it for gaming any just watching the odd bit of TV now and again.

Google for this TV reviews and you'll find that motion is not as good as non Oled UHD (4K) TV's. I'm not a gamer but if picture is a secondary (By a long way from your comments) consideration I would go with the Samsung..cheaper as well. Buying an Oled when your priority is not principally viewing is, to my mind, a waste of money and of this TV's abilities.

Best price now PRC direct at £1699. Co-Op deal appears to have now expired
loadsavmoney... you will find that all "approved" retailers offer as standard an LG 5 year warranty. It is only the non approved, typically found online, retailers that can only offer a 1 year warranty.
Why not get Richer Sounds to price match as you get a six year warranty with them.... no brainer.

A good price for this considering the normally optional accessory C6L ChargePak battery (SRP £34.99 on Pure Website, even more on ebay for a genuine one) is included. Available in-store and online.

Wonder if these Series II, Pure One Classics, end up with the soft touch plastic degrading and turning into a sticky tar like surface..... Like the Series I did.
Anyone experienced this ?
Yep happened to me ...I now realise it wasn't my fault!
Did you have the S1 or the S2 Pure One Classic that this happened to ?
Also, did you complain to Pure about it ?
I complained, but Pure didn't want to know cos it was outside the 2 yr warranty.
Pure One Elite just checked ...didn't complain, pretty sure I've had it more than 2 years

It is a decent radio made much better by the (Lithium battery) ChargePak.
Good price, hot deal.
Its not so much a question of do I want a second one. It is just the white that gives me concern.

Is it worth saying it is 10 bit or is it too late :p
Na it's 2 bits - a front bit and a back bit !

There's definitely a back bit cos it comes off :D
