Another good Corsair XMS deal from ebuyer, this stuff is DDR2-800 ideal for high-end AMD X2 and Intel Core2 system, particularly overclockers etc.

Not as fast timings as the CL4 stuff posted elsewhere but a lot cheaper, especially with free super-saver delivery and google-checkout discount.

Ebuyer have a set of OCZ RAM with the same spec for £52.86 delivered which is a better deal. It has a lifetime warranty also:

i got the Corsair CL4 2GB set for £47 a couple of weeks ago, a good price compared to months ago but not worth jumping on.

it's different spec RAM, this is better.

True, but the difference in performance between 667 MHz CL4 and 800 MHz CL5 is very marginal.

Good find, thats definately fallen in price today as the Corsair was the cheapest DDR2-800 2GB set earlier today! I'll cold this one myself...

I agree, for the average user there is no difference between 667/800, but if youre overclocking its the difference between a **** OC and a great OC so this is a great deal for anyone whos interested in that(although they should probably go for cl4)

well, was ok deal till that OCZ stuff got reduced to a tenner less than this!

Good deal, but these would seem the better buy (CL4 and better overclockers):

MicroDirect have them a little cheaper when you include postage: http://www.microdirect.co.uk/ProductInfo.aspx?ProductID=14777
Worth keeping an eye on them as they were only £54 excluding postage a few days ago when I bought some.

i wouldn't be too sure of that

will these do 4-4-4-12 @ 800+ like my set do on low volts?

anyway, there's another thread on here with the ballistix-c3 ...these sticks blow away the corsairs entirely and are cheaper
#11
I wouldn't be too surprised if they could, even though they are rated CL5. The Corsair XMS stuff is generally under-specified. Still, there is better value ram at the moment.
