This is my absolute all time favourite watch, I would love to say I own one, but I don't...in fact I would love to say one day I may own one...but I mostly likely won't, a fabulous piece to pass to your son one day.

Selfridges are currently selling it for £13,500, other online prices are £11,000/ £16,000 etc RRP is $30,0000

I spent a long time last year finding the cheapest price and the best I could do was £7,400 in the US (So add in a flight, hotel etc or a VERY HIGH import/tax cost)

This price is a bargain I can assure you, but if you use QUIDCO add 16% to this, saving a further WHOPPING £1,160

Makes this truely collectable masterpiece £6090!!

For anyone who appreciates this as much as me, watch the following video to see them put this together (all hand made).

I dont work for Goldsmiths, I just have a big appreciation for this watch....if you couldn't tell :o)

that is the direct link not sure why the HUKD is trying to link through something if you cant find it go to Goldsmiths sale items > watches > by brand - Corum

They only have 3 different models for sale

Haha buy a diesel? each to there own, some people just want a watch to tell the time, other people appreciate engineering and craftsmanship and are willing to pay the money, I appreciate it just dont have the money lol

Yeah, had a look on Quidco tonight and some people are talking of earning £3,500+ so far in Quidclans

Plus Quidco dont pay it...Goldsmiths do...and doesn't say anything about what you can/can't purchase, I purchased a sale item the other day and it tracked no problem

some people never tire of being childish and obvious on this site....

youtube vid was fantastic.... if i had been working for another year or two i would probably have picked this up... i was in Geneva over summer some amazing pieces over there.... but the price tags would have blown your socks off!
#12
Good price for those that can afford it - btw that does not mean me!
Can I ask why you spent so much time researching this if you had no intention on purchasing one? Just curious!
#13
I'm sure Silar would appreciate it.

I wouldn't hold your breath that Quidco/Goldsmiths would honour cashback to that value - I've had a few pounds cashback refused before.

I smell a rat.

Only joking - good point though.

I would prefer a watch from this range http://www.cabestan.ch/en/
But I'm some £399,982 short.
#20
You greedy people:x. As usual you have bought more than one watch apiece and therefore there is no more stock left for me. Was really looking for this watch:whistling:. Please be considerate next time.

They are not nice at all - and would you actually be able to tell the time with them

Now if you did a lot of shoping at Tescos:santa:
£10 in vouchers = £40 in deals to use at Goldsmiths
On a purchase of £200+

http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/deals/product.aspx?R=181&bci=4294966216|Jewellery

If not for this watch might be a good idea for somthing a little less exspensive:thumbsup:

It's really a time machine.

Saw these in the Harrods sale over weekend at half price. Better still, if you buy one after 1 Jan (assuming there's some left), you get enough points on the loyalty card to get a harrods gold card for the rest of the year and the benefits that gives -see http://www.harrods.com/HarrodsStore/GlobalPages/ContentPage.aspx?Id=aa5cb972-5144-40e6-be7a-abca9e409384.

If i had larger balls and deeper pockets this would interest me if it worked
#29
either way, its still a good deal and I doubt you'll find it cheaper online anywhere else....hope it was of some use to someone out there looking at purchasing it.

If you spent £7,250 on a small family car, I would say you'd been ripped off pal...most small family cars can be picked up for under £3/4k maximum, second hand....or is it that you prefer something better than the rest..a better model perhaps? something that your personal preference justifies spending more on, or a brand new 'depreciating by the minute in value' car?

When you're old and grey, i'm sure your grandson/son/daughter/loved one would appreciate the bucket of rust out on the drive to have for the rest of there lives :whistling:

It's a classic and amazingly engineered time piece usually voted inside the top 100 watches of all time...I know what i'd rather have.

Might get one for work then :p

My B/F would love this... he drags me to see it in every shop we pass which sells it (to be fair there are not many). Wish I had a spare £7.5... it is a bargain at this price... a simply stunning timepiece.

btw the utube video is excellent!

Thanks for posting. Heat and rep added.
