yes you have to make your way to barcelona but...

or £149 for Outside

Description Join Costa Cruises for an intense itinerary made of exciting landscapes, ancient artifacts and priceless treasures. An exotic flavour of the Arab world, you'll visit the traditional souks and markets that will give you a shopping experience with a difference.

If you add flights it comes to about 1100 for 3, but figured you could cheaper elsewhere

What's include???

£532 for 2 with flights (manchester)and transfer, hot if you ask me but not available for children so no good for me

HOT. Barcleona is great to cruise from as the port is right at bottom of town. Book a couple nights hotel to extend holiday. Got to be better than boarding in UK with Southampton obsessed cruiselines and spending days geting to the med.

I just tried booking a single cabin, and they offered me a double inside cabin for single use at £198 or a single inside for over £900 ;-)
Seems to have quite good reviews the boats, as long as you are not expecting a luxury cruise with dinner suits etc. Seems to be quite casual.
I am in Spain and see these cruises advertised here for around 650 euros each person.

Remember to add the cost of the 'Mandatory Service Charge' to the total cost. For this cruise it would be 49 euros per adult (7 euros per day per adult) and is payable at the end of the cruise.

WTF??

Dusty - it's essentially tips for staff, and common to almost all cruise lines.

The difference is that it is not madatory, certainly not with P&O,,

OR MANDATORY EVEN

Great deal but like any cruise or holiday check the reviews and the ship out to see if suits you first. 15% on everything you buy and you are not allowed to take ANYTHING on board food or drink, from reviews I think if you are english liek myself you can expect to be treated as a second class citizen.

This deal is HOT, the price is AMAZING but from past experience of cruising and stories from friends etc I know it would not suit me, only wish it would as the price is superb.....but then again there is probably a reason why.

Voting this HOT for those that it is suited to because as a deal it is red hot but not the cruise for everyone.

Good luck.....

quick check shows you can get a return flight with Iberia for £113 which would make this a cheap cruise
#12
The service charges which are excluded are €49 per adult, €24.50 per child (14-17yrs)

..

I've been on Costa and this was not true. The pain is having to listen to things in 3/4 languages. Doesn't really work with comedy!

if you search on this site any port in may you will also see for same price Grecian Splendour - fab price

Cheapest price I can see is £179 (single person travelling). This may well be hot, but unless I've missed something, then given other comments on this thread about mandatory extra charges, etc. it may be a good idea to clarify/change heading price/expire?

unbelievable deal for a full board cruise that includes breakfast, lunch and evening meals! Great if you can get the flights, plus just £199 for a balcony cabin!

Id be pretty ****ed off if id paid the normal price though!

God knows what happened to it - looks good resolution on my camera and when I Imported it onto PC but for some reason looks crap when I copied onto 'My Profile'.

I've been on this cruise and it was very enjoyable. For this price, I would definitely recommend it.

This is the cruise bargain of the year so far.
Waiting for the June prices to drop, we can't go on the May ones.

Standard cruise stuff included, so all food entertainment etc.

if you don't want to fly there are 12night cruise from the UK for £499 with Princess,(not med though)
and a 10n for £399
#27
Great Just booked :-)
£477 for 2 adults and one 6 year old with outside cabin and balcony .. can't wait !
Thanks OP
They quoted 1159 inc flights from LHR, (only LHR left) but I will book them separately also travelling from LHR.
#28
As far as I can tell, no cabins left on the 27th now.

Went on the Costa Magica a few years ago, great ships and the bonus of 24hr Pizza!!! Hot, hot, hot!!

686.00 for 2 including flight from Cardiff... Still good price, shame the dates wont suit us.. Voting hot

We've been on MSC and Costa - never again! Out of interest tried to book with flights from the South East, cheapest direct to Barca to arrive & depart at reasonable times were £450 each. Better to find another 7 day cruise with a non Italian line - the prices will wotk out the same but with non of the hassle!

"Price will work out the same" think you should prove it - post a deal that's as good as this please! If it was that bad why did you go to the effort of pricing up flights?!?!?
#33
Anyone know if the prices for June will drop this low too? Would love this but cant do may but all of June I can!

Also anyone know if the bus transfer picks you up from the airport or is it somewhere in barcelona?

Both are new ships, definitely good value, been with Costa several times, love the food and cabins but hate the 5/6 languages everything is announced in! English usually last.
#35
I signed up for a contest with these guys in 2009 and they are still calling to harass me to this day (they literally called me this afternoon). I would avoid them but that's just me.
#36
LOL:

Is it worth waiting for a better offer?
Certainly not! The sooner you book, the lower the price of your next Costa cruise will be.

Good deal. Unfortunately you're throwing the dice whether you'll be able to leave the country with the gift Iceland is sending our way. Flights out of Scotland already cancelled. Where next?
#38
I want to go ..... looked at the site and saw Palermo, where we ran out of cash in a cafe - very scary ....

What is 'Arab' about Naples, Marseille and Palma????

Palma definitely has Moorish architecture and a lot of such influence, the other two not so much...
