I could not find out without registering, but that £2.50 is a handling charge that is added to carriage charge, which appears to vary according to weight, from what I understood?

i have a slanket and think its great so ordered one of these cosy blankets from play for my husband as it was a bit cheaper. arrived today and its full of static, my husband cannot go near it with the hairs on his arms standing up, hope a wash with a good softner will fix this but not had chance to do it yet. didnt really effect me when i tried it on.

Yes you can open an account but when you go to check out it gives you the option in a box I think and underneath there's credit/debit card sign to click on. I just opened the account - no cash being taken until goods arrive that way - then pay once they do.

I think it gives you the option to choose. Well I have an account with them, that's how I found out about this offer.

Did you order yours from here? I was just wondering since it isn't the JML one and a cheaper version it might not be as 'comfy' ?

Yeah that where I bought them from. JD Williams

So no sparks flying then???! My sister-in-law bought pjs from New York - fleecy ones and every time she wore then she almost set herself alight with the sparks coming off them - you could see them in the dark LOL! Fabric softener etc didn't help so she's gutted she can't wear them. Hope these blankets are okay ;-)

Onward, to the Crystal Dome!

I guess I could scare my neighbours running around in their garden in this. Roar!

As a seamstress, i would say this is a fantastic price - a good fleece fabric will cost about £5 per metre. This item would probably cost at least £10 - £15 to make
#24
This must be a catalogue type thing as it didnt ask for payment

I ordered one of each Burgundy appeared to be in stock now

EDIT ordered two more as OH and kids want one each and now it asks for payment
#25

#26
Just ordered one of each and added the dressing gown I've been eyeing up for a while but couldn't justify spending the delivery for jsut 1 item lol heat and rep added.

Same happened to me - I ended up removing it from basket then adding it in again and then it let me checkout with it in my basket. Give it a try.

ahh, seems it has to be about £20 to qualify, pity they dont tell you thet beforehand!

It let me checkout the second time I tried after putting it back into the basket. I just pressed checkout and it said Thanks for Your Order etc - didn't expect that so didn't really notice if I had done something else? Sorry!
#34

I'd say more like £1 to make from some sweathouse in Asia :whistling:
#37
does this just have a hole cut out for yr head and arms?
#38
I've never really understood the point of these, isn't a blanket with arms just a dressing gown?
#39
Heat added, just ordered me missus one of these.. I got her a pink one over xmas and she luvs it! Paid alot more than a fiver! so figured it wouldnt hurt to get a spare one for this price!

:)
