Cracking!

I usually find the Cotton Traders boots/shoes don't last as long as the Karrimor stuff at TK Maxx, which is available from £20ish. The soles usually get worn pretty quickly and I only use them as cheap work shoes. Be warned, you get what you pay for in this case.

Great deal! Purchased! H&R+.

firstly let me say- what a top deal

voted hot on the basis of the low price

but i will not be ordering- simply becuase i do not trust cottontraders ever since it was hacked and thousands of peoples financial details were taken from them- that is the only and only reason i will not order
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7446871.stm

now if these were being sold in another retailer i would have ordered straight away- good price

I take your point but my hope is that they have gained the painful experience of being hacked and wil be better for it, having hopefully improved their security. If so, they may be better protected than other 'trusted' online traders who havent yet been stung by a hack.

Those cheap Karrimor boots are probably not even the 'real' thing. They sound like the cheap Karrimor range you find at Sports Direct. That brand has gone the way of Pierre Cardin, unfortunately.

Although these look to ba a good price, they donot wear well. The last pair i bought stayed waterproof for about ten minutes, and the soles were paper thin in a couple of months.
#18
does anyone know if they are the same price instore?

I bought a pair of cotton traders boots from a service station down near Bristol, and I must say they are fantastic and for only £20.00 to. With the weather we are having here in Scotland just now with 30 centermeters thick they are warm and have a great grip on them, and also they are fully waterproof. I do see them in the cotton traders list but they are now £40.00 so good job I bought them back in October. Thanks cotton traders
