Sadly difficult to tell if they are any good. Just about all the Amazon reviews are from people who will give almost anything 5 stars in the hope of receiving more free stuff.
If you are looking at spending £40-£50 on some noise cancelling Bluetooth headphones,I'd recommend the kitsound immerse.

I'd check out some of the amazon.com reviews as well before buying. 300+ reviews on there.

Refuse to buy from companies who need to give stuff away for free to get 5 star reviews.
They constantly lose business from me, and I buy a lot of gadge.

As soon as I see those video reviews and 5 stars, I click for another product with actual honest reviews.

I do not think this set is going to be good. Reading the two negative reviews.

When an item only has small number of positive reviews, I always take it with a pinch of salt. Some of them will be from reviewers who got the item for free. Some could be the seller themselves.

Those headphones are magic. I bought them and audio quality is the best as well as the ergonony.
Isolation from external audio source is great and I would recommend to buy them.

I agree regarding Amazon reviews, however I too purchased a set of these and at 66 years young, having used several dozen headies, I have to rate these absolutely fabulous! Great sound, noise cancelling and the stainless steel making it look pretty smart. Far better than AKG Y50 that made me feel like I was a walking billboard!

any more opinions on these ....or is it a case of buy cheap and be disappointed and end up buying a £150 pair?

Bose QC25s are getting cheaper with the 35s launched so waiting for a sub £150 deal then planning to snap a set up. i wouldn't purchase a set without having tested them first

Do you have the immerse? How effective is the noise cancellation?

Pretty good Darius. If you know what to expect you will be pretty impressed.

Watch out if you buy these as the pair I bought didn't have the noise cancelling, the button doesn't even press in so is presumably just there for cosmetic purposes. The mic is also way too quiet to be of any use and the volume control button is very difficult to use.
