Forgot to mention that this is pretty much the cheapest you can get it for unless someone can prove me wrong

I have to say, much nicer looking than a Shuffle - and no DRM to deal with.
#3
Very nice price, voted hot especially as it comes in a verity of colours.

Over-all it's a very nice and portable 1GB mp3 player, definately worth a buy!
#4
Yeah I agree. I just bought one for jogging with. Tried lugging an Ipod Video round last week, was horrendous. lol
#5
Don't forget about quidco.

Very nice! Though i always thought DVD.co.uk had free P&P to compete with Play, Blah! etc.

Can't afford this right now but will get one eventually! I like to listen to any bands I'm going to see on the way to the gig on the train but refuse to take my expensive phone/MP3 player to a gig where it might get trashed/sweat drenched! This looks perfect.

Yes, without the £3.99 p&p, but still £21.98 delivered!

that is an amazing deal, i got mine from the same site 2 weeks ago for 26.99
dont forget you can use it as a portable hard disk and if you download creative media lite from the website you can auto update the player with the latest firmware, transfer music, check battery levels and auto lock the volume to prevent you turning the volume up too loud.

I bought one of these for my brother who is partially sighted. Because there is no screen and the simle layout of the mp3 player he manages it without any problems.

This is much cheaper than I payed too. Thinking about another one for myself.

Good price.

Glad to have helped guys.

You know, rep would be nice:-D
#13

Could anyone tell me whether or not this is compatible with Windows Vista?

Without having one to try here, I can 99% confirm this as a yes, unless Creative have done something very weird.

i run media center on this machine and the creative media lite software for the stone works fine. so YES is your answer :)

here is a tip: download creative media lite and store it on your stone (will only take up about 15mb) that way if you go to a friends house and for some reason wanted to lock the volume or check the battery level you can install it on their computer.

The key chain is £7.00 on amazon, and the armband is £13.99. But I have seen the armband in HMV for £9.99, plus you can use student discount (10%) if you have an NUS card!

If waiting for the red one to get a bit cheaper!

Just purchased this from pixmania.com (awaiting delivery) & it was about £27.50 delivered, so this is a great price & voted hot!
I was prompted by the write up in this months computeractive & they give it a BUY IT stamp.

You dont want to go running with an iPod video anyway as the vibrations could damage the hard drive in it.

Nice find these, but I wish it had the radio built in like other zen's.

The next model up has the extra fearures (I think). There's a model with the microphone, radio, and a small display - kinda like my Zen Muvo but re-styled to be more like this.
#31
I'm thinking about ordering one of these beauties but I've just noticed that there's also a Creative Zen Stone Plus! Very similar thing but it has a small little screen and 2GB's of storage space. Does anybody happen to know if there are any good deals going for those?

Crikey, I've become more greedy after finding these bargain forums. Always wanting that extra bit more! :giggle:
