Ooh!! Creme Eggs for less than rrp.... and after Easter too. The world's gone crazy. I wonder if I wait till November I'll be able to buy some BBQ brickettes with 75% off? And perhaps in early January I'll be able to get some Christmas cards with a 50% discount. Here's hoping!

I'm just trying to make the point that creme eggs being reduced 2 days a way from May isnt a surprise... it's a given

Is it just my taste that has changed, or are Creme Eggs more sickly sweet these days than they used to be? Used to enjoy them but now they seem far too sweet, and usually a lot less runny/fondant that I remember them being.

Like tinsel , selection packs and xmas trees in January, and outdoor pools in October, still doesn't stop me from grabbing a bargain - if it's cheap, fill your boots, no matter what time of year it is

Thanks amibees, I also creamed myself in Tesco this evening. Am going back tomorrow where I am sure I'll creame myself again.

Heat added

Any chance I can get 15 for £2.50 or 18 for £3 do you think? lol

Ajibee, no they are not more sickly, they've always been sickly!

£1.25 for 6 at Asda when I visited on Sunday so this is a decent deal.

It's still a good price considering shops sell them around 50p each etc.
Doesn't matter what time of year it is if people enjoy them and want to buy them at a good price then these threads let them know that.

Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit and if wit was sh1t then you would be severely constipated!

Tesco (Beaumont Leys Leicester) still had 12 for £1.99 today. Didn't see any smaller packs, so they may have sold out.
