Imported this from America, it's excellent. But why are we getting it a whole 2 months later?

it takes that long to add the black borders and make it go slower, lol (just kiddin')

Europeans always get games later because they need to translate it into every language in europe so it takes AGES.

i've had the Japanese version since september 07. It's ridiculous how long it takes. Wish the whole world just spoke English..

Often games are released simulatenously everywhere though.

Although this does have a hideous amount of dialogue I suppose. They could release an English-only version in Europe at the same time as the US release, then follow that up with other languages later, then people wouldn't import as much. (Although this still wouldn't have stopped you getting it 6 months before the American one anyway!)

i'd say go for the game deal. 24.99 delivered plus points. Also sure it's got the highest quidco payback. Just misses out on the £3 off £30 spend voucher though! sure to see some better though i'd imagine involving a voucher + quidco combo somewhere along the line

EDIT powerplaydirect £22.49 delivered is the cheapest *cash* price i can see for now for those who don't use quidco or reward points

managed to pick up my pre-order from play.com before the special edition was announced, so have it coming for £17.99 with the art book etc.
Have also had this since it's Japanese launch, very good game, shame I couldnt understand a word of what was going on, lol.

Good price but not the special edition I'm afraid.
