Hard to believe, must be because it's sooooo heavy!

Just select M4 from the list. Dead simple to update :)
For anyone still not sure about whether to get an SSD - if you use it as your primary boot drive (where the OS is kept) then it makes an astounding difference to boot up speeds and programme loading. My SSD booting PC makes my other one look like a knackered old Morris Minor.
You have absolutely no clue what an SSD is for then, it has totally transformed my laptop now, boot times have little to do with it in my opinion, it's OS performance which it totally transforms.
but that mushkin is fast reliable i hear much faster than the m4 still good deal.

Yes I actually do have a clue what a SSD is for. I was simply making the point that if you have a laptop and require 500GB, the price doesn't justify the performance increase. (in my opinion)
Currently shipping within 3 working days rather than from stock.
If you've just got the one bay (like most laptops I guess) AND need decent amounts of storage then the hybrid (SSD/HDD) drives offer a decent option so you can get the benefits of SSD OS speed with HDD capacity.
Same here (_;)
just ordered a hdd caddy for my dell to fit in the optical bay which is going to be a couple of weeks before it arrives.
someone look into their crystal ball and tell me if i should order or wait...lol
This may be an all round price drop on SSDs or this could be the manufacturers selling off their stock before the next get arrives.
If it is a stock drop, then we will see a price hike on the newer ones, as with the OCZ agaility 4. But if not and this is the new price, then they could get cheaper still...
I bought, after cancelling my ebuyer £179.99 order from earlier in the week, so saving myself about 15 quid.

Ordered one!
I can't raid on the laptop as its not been added to the bios.... Not an issue though, I use my laptop to download from newsgroups etc so need a larger HDD to put things onto.
All programs and the OS will fit onto this SSD including 2-3 games :)
