Be careful if your thinking of doing an impulse buy. Some computer only take 184 pin DIMM. I'd advise using Crucial's System Tool Scanner. See link below:

Anyone here use 4BG successfully with a Dell Vostro using Vista 32 bit? According to Crucial only 64 bit systems will recognise 4GB, 32-bit 3GB-3.5GB
