From speeds, price etc I suspect this is DDR3.

DDR2 never went that high so its not DDR2.

If wish DDR2 was anywhere near as cheap as this! Looking to upgrade ram in my Dell Inspiron 1750 (bought via link on this site in 2009, never missed a beat in daily use over 3 years). Anyone know of anywhere doing 2x2GB of it for less than £40? Even used stuff on ebay goes for well over 30 quid.
