am pretty sure the write speed is faster than that on the 512. I think that is the speeds for the 256gb version.

I have no idea, I just copied it from Amazon, but they have the 256GB one as 500MBs.

Slightly better write speeds. Realistically you wont see any difference, you are best off buying this if you want 500GB SSD.

Wanted to upgrade my ASUS S200e to a SSD, and the drive was the right spec (500 GB, 7mm + free application for cloning).
