Well not many people buy one on release day and sell it 2 weeks later. So chance of getting one like that is slim. Guessing someone bought it for a review that arent big enough to get a supplied review sample?

I agree....

When this gets to the £100 mark it'll be unmissable.

But how long is the question I suppose???

Perfect size for a laptop drive for me anyway. I have a desktop for loads and loads of storage, and a laptop to move around with but of course it only has one drive bay as you would expect.

So any smaller is too small for what I would want, these are becoming reasonably priced to use as a lone drive on a laptop without having to carry extra storage around on sticks etc

Still gota say western digital black drives are a better option for storage and a small ssd for Widows for a performance boost , get both for that price too.

Only saying because. soon as you fill ssd up they lose quite a lot of speed. enough to notice windows slow down.

Great performance increase aslong as you leave 15% free space.

Most drives slow down as you fill up their space. Conventional drives can too for various reasons. But more manufacturers reserve space on SSDs to stop it coming from a complete crawl. I have one older machine that cannot run an SSD at full speed because it does not have sata 3 on the board but nevertheless the improvement over even the previous RAID 0 setup is obvious and massive.

Everybody should have an SSD for their computer. Once you have one you know why and I guarantee if you use your machine fairly regularly it'll feel like money very well spent. You'll never go back.

SSD is by far the most noticeable upgrade in a PC. Worth every penny.
