I have been looking out for a good laptop bag and have loved crumpler designs for a long time, however they are on the expensive side!
However, today i stumbled across this site and a lot of the bags seem to be half price and the protective sleeves have a third off...... so think I may have to bite the bullet!!

The link should take you to the crumpler laptop bag section with the special offers listed at the bottom.

this is my first post so I hope it helps someone out there and Ive put it together right!!

On a selfish note does anyone out there have a silver dig/bloomer xl bag out there? These seem to be the bags with the best price and I was wondering which of the two would be recommended - the bag is to fit a 17 inch hp dv900 series so i realise i pushing it!!:)

#9
Shame this has been buried, Crumpler make some very good bags (despite their random naming conventions)

Here's the correct link www.mymemory.co.uk/Crumpler/Laptop-Shoulder-Bags. Some good prices, I love Crumpler stuff, excellent quality.

It's an affiliate link, it's how HUKD pays for the servers to keep us all in bargains!

The OP Would have just posted the normal link, it won't be his referral but HUKD's.

Crumpler are awesome - I now own four bags myself. The latest one I just got from their Hot deals section on the website. The Fux Delux (http://crumpler.co.uk/?product=Fux_Deluxe&page=details&product_line=7) It is huge - fits my laptop plus a changes of clothes easily (I ride to work) and the third leg means in never moves! All for just 55 euro - took about a week to deliver.

I don't think that is right. I have checked several past My memory deals and never has the affiliate line come up in the bar.

I personally have no issue with affiliate links, and I think its a shame that there is no way to control them. One of the potential downsides affiliates is that people will start hogging up this forum with deals that aren't deals just so they can make the money from the affiliate. Best would be if a deal could be amended to include an affiliate once it reached a certain heat level. Irrelevant to all this the op may have copy and pasted the link from somewhere else, so its not necessarily his affiliate.

Obviously HotUKdeals have other reasons why they don't want you to add your own affiliate...

I sell Crumpler and I know that the Boomer used to retail for up to £40 depending on size, but this line has been discontinued hence the lower price. The Silver Dig replaces the Boomer and has a few minor differences.

Crumpler bags are definitely worth the price and will last you a lifetime, much better than these cheapo no-brand laptop bags.

All Affiliate Future links show up like that, other networks don't show the the redirect page so you don't see them, it will have definitely have been HUKD's own affiliate link.

Can confirm its not my affiliate link - and that the link i placed in the deal is a direct link to mymemory... so must be some ah-doins goin on at hukd!

As good as a deal some of the cheaper ones are, I can't see how they class them as some sort of 'new' bargain ... I bought a Mc Bains baby and a silver 17'' Gimp each for £17.99 from them a few months back ... They've always been about this price at MyMemory ... very good price .. but not a new deal !
