"Crumpler's spacious Muffin Top 5500 Camera Case in smart black with a contrasting mustard trim, provides padded protection for the the safe transportation of your SLR camera, 2-3 extra lenses, an external flash and accessories!".

Went into PCWorld today and saw this camera case for just £9.97, it was marked as clearance on the label although it didn't say the original price, they had similar types at around £75. They had a choice of XXL and XXXL, both of which were £9.97. I got an XXXL one as I've recently brought a SLR camera. There were still quite a few left in the wednesbury PCWorld. I then popped across to Currys, and they had the XXXL one I brought, in there at £109, couldn't believe it.

There is one listed on the PCWorld website at £84 although the colour I got was Expresso/Sand (can be seen on Amazon priced £38.28), I cant remember if the other colours were there and in the clearance.

I'm not sure if this is national or not, worth a check if you want one, so this info might be useful to someone. Any other questions, just ask and i'll try my best to answer them :)

NOTE: THIS IS AN INSTORE DEAL ONLY.

::EDIT::
A few people reporting that although it is marked as full price in some stores, when scanning is coming up £9.97. Worth a try.

£109 for an SLR case! Are they having a laugh! Some of the highstreet prices for kit like this, Lowepro etc is just DAFT! Still, £9.97 is a lot better!

I have this bag, paid about £35-40 for it which was a bargain at the time. Build quality is superb and it looks fairly trendy too. Room for DSLR with lens fitted, 2 more lenses and a flash.

I'd gladly pay that much for something that'd protect my two grand's worth of camera gear.

As you said, they don't have the one you picked up.

just been into the Meadowhall retail park store. Got them to check on the computer as the one instore was coming up as £85. When he checked the code given above, it came up as £9.97 but sold out. Might be worth getting them to check the product code in case they have any out the back just in case? For £9.97, worth asking :)

I think it depends on your profession. Bought a Billingham 550 bag over 25 years ago when I was a professional photographer. Had my business for 16 years and the bag was used almost every day. Cost me around £90 then, now about £350 quid. Stitching is still like new, all zips still working and still using it today.
You get what you pay for.:thumbsup:
Ps H&R added.

Agreed with the quality. I have got a 335 and Hadley pro in Khaki - love them. I use the 335 as my every day work bag for the last 6 years. I think Hugh Fernely Wiggitingsall, Rick Stein and Jamie Oliver use Billingham or Hardy (fishing bag) as well.

Coventry has 3 (XXL) but they scan at 84.99

The OP suggests that XXL and XXXL are both in the offer but having re-read his post he bought the triple x - has anyone got hold of the XXL for the reduced price?
