Whoever puts this dog in the microwave is one sick puppy! :)

When my father was young he knew a man who lived next door to him, they called him 'roast the pup' because in a drunken stupor he put his wet puppy in the oven to dry off and forgot about it. I'm sure it's not the first animal to meet it's maker via a household appliance.

I want one, but onle if I can have one that looks like next-door-but-one's frikkin' black cat, which persists in depositing its vote for Mr Brown in my flowerbed.

I prefer a pot noodle myself. Always end up choking on the collar otherwise. :thinking:

Did this actually happen or is it the retelling of an urban myth? EVERYONE knows someone who knows someone else who happens to know the man who;
Microwaved/ ovened a cat.
Got drunk in Thailand and woke up with scar from having a kidney removed.
Didn't receive a phonecall at 4pm which meant he was broke so jumped off the roof of his office only to hear the phone ringing as he passed his window.

There are many more, info of which is available at your local public house.

I know someone who's cat hid in their washing machine and died as a result. A very traumatising thing.

Cold, cheaper at the RSPCA...more fun too

No this is definitely not an urban myth, my father remembers this man very well although he is long dead now. He lived in Arras Park in Bangor Co Down, named after the Battle of Arras in the First World War.

Looks like it's expired, though you can still get a 'Cuddly Microwavable Easter Chick' for £3.99, there's a whole load of different one's available from £5 (ladybird, duck) up to £44 for a polar bear! (not stocked by play this one).

Talking of stock ... you can make your own (microwavable snake) by filling an old cotton sock with porridge oats and very slightly dampening it (with about a tea spoon of water). Add essential oils if you want.
