I ordered the seal from play and they sent the sheep - too late to send back as was for Christmas but its worth a fiver (I spent £7.99). Hot.

Got one last year. Great quality. Hot hot hot!

i'm not voting, as sticking a cuddly teddy in the Microwave isn't good! due to health effects it has

Make sure you don't accidently select the 'Grill' function :whistling:

I bought one of these last Saturday from Amazon at £5.99 but haven't received it yet (stupid snow!), trust play to have it slightly cheaper now! Thanks OP

Beware with these as most of them have like a puffed rice wheat inside. A couple of days ago my dd and her friends were playing her room and said their were ants in her bed. I went up and her piggy one had burst and honestly their must have been at least a couple of hundred little black mites eating the stuff inside. They must have been in their for ages as she was cuddling upto it. Only when it burst open did we realise they were feeding and living off this stuff inside....eeewwccckkk.

Yes, i reckon that it had not been microwaved for a while. I will keep microwaving mine to fry any beasties that ever may try and sneak in there.

We had little maggots growing in our turkish delight from cyprus. It depends where you get these things from really..

By the way, my little lad cried his eyes out when i put his sheep in the microwave!!:w00t:

Would go well with curry sauce.

Got the duck @ £8 - no sure why it cost more though. Gone through a few of these. At this price, they go in the bin when they're grubby. Seem to be on sale at Play regularly and we've never had problems with them.

Hot - thanks OP

We had a lttle bit of flour left in a tupperware container and Julie was looking for bit flour but when she tipped this stuff out to use it was moving! There were more mites in there than flour.... that makes you check really well after that...;-)

I bought the seal from Play for £3.99 a while back. It's cute and a good quality product, but no replacement for a hot water bottle. They cool rapidly, giving maybe 40mins heat max. The original scent fades to be replaced with an odd wheaty smell - not unpleasant but earthy! And its a bit sweaty when you take it out of the microwave.

Thanks :)
