Do you think this will be rectified once they realise?. I don't wish to hijack this but currently Wilkinsons own brand wood stain normally £5.85 (I think) is down to £3, on certain colours Dark Oak plus a few more.

Shouldn't you have meant: "Didn't you mean: (as it has always been called)?"?

Be quick as any goods marked down to 1p are normally taken off the shelves. They dont take them off you if you are at the till though.

Hate this fence spray, when windy it blows the paint particles everywhere even over neighbours cars!!!!!

this site cracks me up sometimes....and the petty arguments on it

If i bought something that cost 1p and someone later asked how much i paid for that item i would say "1 pence or 1p"...as i am sure 99% of people would, its only the born with a silver spoon in their mouth mob,or the "hey i went university for 4 years ,have no job or common sense but have all day to try and correct peoples gramma" lot that seem to have a problem with it
#17
99% reduction? If so, it'll be corrected once someone a member of staff reports it - same thing happened to a line of plants.
#18
I have a couple of half pennies in my sky rocket, think i might go down the frog and toad and purchase some. :P
#19
Nice to hear if anyone else bags some at another store.
#20

yep, they would have corrected the mistake immediately after the OP went through the till
#23
It might not be correct to say 1 pence but loads of ppl do it i dont really think it makes a difference if you say 1 p 1 pence or 1 penny we all know what it means surely thats the important thing. language is about comunication and if people understand then what you write is fit for purpose i suppose Jumpingphil must spend a fortune when txting people as you obviosly would never use txt words
#24
Wow, this is ridiculous! Great price! Stupid comments!
#25
So how many people got this for a shiny penny?
#26
Just managed to get in before they shut .. Asked if she would scan 1 and it scanned at 1pence so i got the rest of the shelf lol 8p for 8 tubs lasses on till were gobsmacked .
#27

#28
Sorry to get on-topic but is this paint any good?

Oh, and I'm gonna expire it without a receipt!

The thread has been sensored. No time to sort out all the site bugs but time to delete posts.

I noticed that. Somebody used the word "twit" which obviously had to be deleted, as did any references to that post.

There's something odd happening at HUKD: First we get a buggy new site that nobody likes, the bug fix is very slow, and now the censors are coming down heavy on heated discussions. Do you think someone's lining this up for a sale? Better brace ourselves for a site covered in ads.
#36
Obviousy great if you get it for a penny which is clearly a price error BUt this stuff in the hands if inconsiderate people is a pain. You need an absolute still day an dto ensure you are spraying well away from anyone's property

However invest in a big brush and you could brush this stuff on although it is somewhat thinner (you will need and extra coat)
#37
cleared their entire stock out, straight onto ebay
