Their page is all over the shop with respect to the 25% discount.....

Dyson DC25 Blitz It
Trade-in price
Normal price

Dyson DC24 All floors
Trade-in price
Normal price

And the best one.....

Dyson DC19
Trade-in price
Normal price

Also notice the dc27 is not there in the range....but is listed if you search for it.....
Going to the household appliances homepage says

Offer ends 11 November
Available in store and reserve&collect
Think we have been too quick for them and they are updating website - blitz it has disappered but wasn't available when i had clicked on it earlier.

It says ALL Dysons, so should get it on dc27 too.
Think you might have got the DC19 normal price wrong!!

Edit : Just checked the website and its not your fault - how can the trade in price be more than the normal price?
I have to say their 25% off a price is vastly different to my working out of 25% - surely 25% is the price reduced by a quarter......maybe its too early in the morning.
not at CURRYS.DIGITAL stores, just Currys super/megastores ONLY.
Looks correct this morning

Dyson DC19T2
Trade-in price

Normal price
now thats interesting - I had a dc27 on reserve last night at 224......

This morning it's gone up to 294.99................

Which price will they honour? Was hoping to get the dc27 at 224 - 25% (56 quid ish).......

EDIT - May have answered my own question

From T&Cs on the site
All Reserve & Collect sales take place in our stores. Sales are therefore subject to our usual in-store Terms and Conditions and the Manager’s discretion. However, provided you bring your Reserve & Collect print out and/or reference number with you, our store will supply the goods at the online price which applied when you chose to Reserve & Collect*. This may be cheaper than the usual in-store price.
*Subject to the advertised price being accurate as set out above in our pricing policy.
Sorry if being stupid but can someone please explain how I get cashback?
