just had a look on the 'e of bay' and found that the covers are readily available for around £25 delivered. i cant imagine its very difficult to change...but then again, with the added cost, does this make financial sense? better to get it the colour you want from dell outlet? i can't say because i dont know the prices they're going for atm.

Hey guys,

Yeah sorry I should have mentioned it was pink :@. The covers arn't easy to change sadly and the covers aren't exactly cheap either (about 10-15 quid, which when you add to the cost of the laptop starts getting into "buy it brand new and keep the warentee" area... best kept for your misses)

These laptops keep going in and out of stock. I'll update as appropriate.

The 207~ laptops do come back so watch out for that.

Great deal but thats 2 different cards which are ok getting refused. Debit cards. Not related to this deal probably but has anyone else had issues?

Rep added, Kept an eye for a pink one for my sister. They seem to float around £150-£165 at the dell outlet, so this was a good deal for a pink if anyone was after (she refuses to go for the black, even if was around £30 cheaper!).

And I didn't have any problem with the cards. I used a solo card, same billing address as shipping, they didn't verify by visa either...

arrrgh pink one would have been ideal for mum!

Thanks, OP.

Got in quick and has been despatched at £137 price.

I have been watching this until it came back in stock - the minute it was, I ordered it...DHL got broken into and my parcel was stolen! Typical, but Currys, re-sent the same day only they had no £137 ones left so sent me a £220 at no extra cost - Bargain.

Collected it yesterday from DHL and it is perfect - yes it is Pink, but I like Pink.
