Lovely potted cyclamen plants in bloom, reds and pinks in my store, a lot less than half the price in my local nursery. Healthy plants, so time to redo my tubs for Autumn I think . Read More

Hi, they should be fine I think, they flower in the Autumn and Winter, I'll be happy with them lasting a few months at this price, but I find Morrisons plants are quite good, I'm still eating strawberries from the strawberry plants I got there earlier this year :D

Plant guide attached if you are interested :)
Also had packs of 4 for £3 marked specifically as outdoor which work out at 75p each.

Agreed about Morrisons plants - the three £1 fuschias I bought from them in May are all now huge flowering bushes!

They don't like it too wet so plant them in a tub with lots of gravel at the bottom for drainage and they will do fine. But they also make a great indoor plant - that's what I normally do then I plant them outside in the spring. Treat them nice (deadheading is key) and they will flower for months indoors.

Lovely plants, ours flowered smashing over winter. Took them out over summer and they'll be going back into the planters very soon.

good find op, heat added

Careful with these if you've got pets. They're toxic to cats and dogs so if yours is the kind to eat everything in sight then it might be worth giving this deal a miss.

cheers op, I now know what the plant I won in a raffle last year is :3 I've kept it indoors on a south facing windowsill, well watered & there've been lovely flowers time & time again! Think I'll get a couple to try in tubs outside :D

These might survive a couple of months outside (barring a good frost) but they are really houseplants if you want a plant for the garden you will want a different species such as Cyclamen hederifolium or Cyclamen coum which will survive even a harsh winter here in the UK and come up year after year gradually spreading along under some slight shade.
