g1bbuk is lucky to have a working dealtastic fake.
This deal is a very good price - the big advantage of the Cyclone Micro 2 for many folks was .mkv support, as Zool says the Micro 2+ adds a digital coax connection and a better remote.

I have the Micro 2+ and the remote is rubbish, I use a Logitech Harmony 300 with it, works great
I have one in my suitcase attached to a 500GB Buffalo drive and never have to pay for hotel movies.
Well if this is improved I wouldn't like to see the old one. It's crap.
Yes. Yes. Or a card.

the same question with you ;)
Same question - but also, where and how do you download films?
Only if you have a scart block which you can plug a composite cable into, though the picture will be in composite still...that lead is supplied at least.
I have this unit, and my thoughts are that the build quality is abysmal, the moment i plugged an HDMI lead in the unit actually fell apart, ive read others who have encountered this.
The only other negative is that it does not support AAC surround tracks which most bluray rips designed to run on PS3 are encoded in, the tracks have to be dolby digital.
Gripes aside it does work well with a lot of formats, picture quality is functional (not upto PS3 standard), there is some stutter following fast forwarding, it struggles to sync up the sound also, In general though, it does work well and its £24.
