Dance Central for the Kinect at a good price I think. You will need the Kinect to make this work but if you've got one on the way this is supposed to be the best game on it at the moment.

Dance Central”, exclusively for “Kinect” for Xbox 360, is the first real dance game experience that is fun, social and for everyone. Brought to you by Harmonix, the developers who created the world-wide blockbuster "Rock Band", Dance Central is the first immersive dance video game that features and tracks full-body dance moves.

Completely free from any controller, every routine has authentic choreography for beginners and experts alike to master, alongside a killer soundtrack that spans today’s current pop, hip-hop and R&B artists. Take it step-by-step with Break It Down or jump right in and start performing for your family and friends. Either way, you won’t just learn dance moves, you’ll own the dance floor.

The magic of Kinect allows you to experience real dance with your friends and family while connecting with the music you love. Throughout these two game modes, you’ll be introduced to some of the over 600 moves in the game. Featuring more than 30 tracks from hot artists including Lady Gaga, No Doubt, M.I.A., Bel Biv Devoe, and more, you’ll master more than 90 dance routines all created by professional choreographers.

Ready. Set. Dance. “Dance Central” will get you warmed up and dancing in no time with “Break it Down” and “Perform It!” You’ll be introduced to some of the over 600 moves in the game, polish your performance, and put it all together to master the routine.

Pump up the volume. Featuring tracks from hot artists including Lady Gaga, No Doubt, M.I.A., Bell Biv Devoe, and more, you’ll master more than 90 dance routines all created by professional choreographers. You may even recognize some of the moves from the song’s music videos.

Burn up the dance floor — and calories. Whether you’ve had your dancing shoes on your entire life or this is your first time hitting the floor, “Dance Central” will have you dancing like a pro in no time. As you cruise through songs and master moves, you will earn Achievements, unlock new character outfits and venues, and progress through the dance ranks. “Dance Central” even tracks the calories you burn so you can turn all that fun into your daily workout routine.

got mine this morning, and you can forget about all the doom mongers out there saying Kinect doesn't work. It's brilliant and if you have kids, they will love it. Been playing this and Kinectimals, fantastic stuff.

Got it for about this price from an Amazon Marketplace seller. Hot from me. I'd rather order from Amazon that faff around with Marketplace.

I preordered mine a few weeks back and it is being dispatched for delivery tomorrow. Looking forward to Kinect and have ordered Sonic and now Dance Central too. The reviews for Dance Central seem pretty good on IGN.

Just don't play the game naked, it takes in game photos of you playing.

Kinect does not recognise my skin colour, MS is racist.
#9
Not really, it needs decent lighting but thats all.

See http://gadgetwise.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/11/04/is-microsofts-xbox-kinect-racist-no/

It depends on the lighting conditions, it has nothing to do with skin colour.
But of course, it's going to have a harder time picking up darker tones.

Dont fancy kinect at all but this is the best launch title

Is this better than Dance Evolution?? I just bought it from Argos for £26.xx But I can return it if this is better.

Sorry, i havent tried dance evolution. I think its really good because you have to get the moves spot on or you dont pass the move, it picks up your whole body movement. Took a while to get used to but i think its fab.
Will be asking the other half to borrow dance evolution for me now so i can see if i like it.

As much as I'd love to order this now with Kinect and COD in the same week, I'll stick with Sports and Adventures then pick this up next month I think.
